Every entrepreneur marvels at what other entrepreneurs who have come before them were able to achieve. Not long ago, I was going through my personal library of some 3,000 plus titles and trying to consolidate some. I loaded up lots of books in 10 boxes and started going through them again, re-reading sections, various chapters and determining if they were to be sent to the Goodwill or put back on the shelves.
Most of the books did not make the grade, but some did, as a retired entrepreneur, I picked out a few of the very best books to keep. One great book on entrepreneurs, I picked up and kept reading chapter after chapter, then realized I could not put it down, nor did I have time to read it all over again right then. So back on the shelf it goes. The name of the book:
“Entrepreneurs - The Men and Women Behind Famous Brand Names and How they Made It” by Joseph J. Fucini and Suzy Fucini -1985.
The book is broken into entrepreneurs by style and personality and that makes the book even more interesting. Each used slightly different methods, proving there is no one right way. You just do it and never give up.
Nearly every major brand and the entrepreneur that made it what it is, listed in this work and well, I would give you my copy, but I need it and I am keeping it, as it has made the “Save Pile” and this is why I recommend this book to you also if you are considering building a great company and a great brand.
