Mobile Technical Institute presents Sexual Harassment Prevention:  A Management Perspective, a new Success Seminar Series management track class, on Wednesday, April 16 from 8:30 am – 12:30 pm at the MTI training facility in Mobile, AL. 

Sexual Harassment Prevention:  A Management Perspective emphasizes what managers need to know to prevent and deal with sexual harassment in the workplace.  Topics covered include: what sexual harassment is and is not; common perceptions, myths, and facts; practical tips for preventing harassment and reducing liability in the workplace; employer, manager, and employee liability; handling complaints; and other information every manager needs to know about cultivating and maintaining a workplace that is free from sexual harassment.
