Mobile Technical Institute presents Managerial Ethics Essentials, a featured Success Seminar Series workshop on Friday, August 21 from 9 am – noon. at the MTI training center in Mobile, AL.

Individuals in leadership positions, including supervisors and managers at all levels, play an important role in setting the ethical tone and standards for social responsibility within their organization. MTI’s Managerial Ethics Essentials seminar covers a variety of topics related to ethical decision making in the business world, emphasizing the idea that ethical decision making practices are in the best long term interests of the company, as well as of its employees, customers, and the larger community. Topics discussed include corporate social responsibility, common ethical dilemmas faced by mangers, setting the stage for a culture of ethics, and guidelines for ethical decision making, and more. 

Seating is limited and pre-registration is required.  The seminar fee is $50. This class is approved for 3 hours of strategic HRCI recertification credit, and also provides CE hours for a variety of licensed professionals in Alabama, including nurses and nursing home administrators.
