Mobile Technical Institute presents Behavior Based Interviewing, a Success Seminar Series workshop, on Wednesday, July 16 from 9 am – noon at the MTI training facility in Mobile, AL.

This seminar is designed for those who participate in the process of screening and hiring job applicants. Topics covered include the interview, selection, and hiring process, effective interview questioning techniques, an overview of legalities related to the job interview process, and bona fide occupational questions.
